At the moment we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective for whatever reason, please reach out to me at mirandaconway.mnc@gmail.com and I will send a replacement.
Because your item is made custom once you place your order, we are unable to cancel any orders. Once you make your purchase, we immediately begin the printing process, which means we will be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
It is extremely important to me that your order arrives to your standard, and that you are happy with the quality. If it is not to the expected standard, feel free to message me so I can try to make it right.
